Where will people see my video tour?
Included in the package is full hosting and streaming of the video on your site and any other web site you wish to showcase it on. It incorporates a Big Screen version on the web and an iPod download and podcast with a link to your site.
RSS feeds, which will allow special offers and news to be automatically delivered to people who have subscribed, Mobile downloads and DVD's are also included in the package.
What does it Cost?
This is dependent on your requirements, a bespoke tour can start from as little as £700.
It's up to you how much you want to spend and what you want filmed.
What equipment is used?
We use Steadicam and Jib operators to get impressive looking shots as well as showing your hotel or guest house in it's best advantage.
DV, HDV and HD cameras, dependent on your requiremnts and budget, are available for filming. We can also provide helicopter and boats for filming if the location and budget permits.
You can present if you wish or have an actor / actress present your hotel or guest house.
It may be just a voice-over that's needed or a full presentation.
Discussing your requirements
Pre production
We will need to discuss exactly what you need either in a phone call or a meeting. A Printed document detailing exactly what will be filmed will be agreed and produced before we start so both sides know what the finished product will contain.
Script for the video can be supplied by either party and this will again be agreed before filming starts.
Production
Our cameraman are uniformed and carry ID. They are qualified to carry out a Health and Safty assessment and will make sure that filming causes minimum disruption to your establishment.
Post production
Once the editor has made the main cut, you will be given a provisional viewing to make comment to, amendments or add extra footage you wish. Once agreed, the film or video will go to a finish.
Delivery
A link will be provided for inclusion in your web site or any other site where you wish to place it.
All hosting and streaming are provided in the cost.
An iPod download and podcast will also be provided along with mobile downloads if required.
A DVD will be delivered to you on completion by courier for your viewing pleasure
